Megan Fox quits Twitter after a week: 'It turns out I still hate it'

Megan Fox has quit Twitter after signing up just a week ago.

The This Is 40 star openly admitted that she 'hates' social networking.

Fox made the official announcement on her Facebook page.

"Some of you may, or may not have noticed by now that my Twitter account has been shut down.

"I thought that 2013 might be the year I finally blossomed into a social networking butterfly?but as it turns out I still hate it. Love you guys but I will just never be that girl. Facebook is as much as I can handle. I'm sorry."

Fox signed up for Twitter on January 3, and has since sent out thirteen tweets.

The actress was recently a victim of a death hoax on Twitter when it was falsely reported in the trending topics that she had passed away following an accident.
