Recipe of the Week: Halloween Banana Ghosts! - Fitness Newspaper

These Banana Ghost (aka. Boo-nanas) make a great healthy but tasty Halloween treat!

Ingredients

2 (or more if you like) bananas

2 tsp honey OR 2tbsp cashew butter

desiccated coconut

raisins

?

Method

1. Cut the bananas in half.

2. Using a knife, spread a thin layer of honey OR cashew butter over the banana halves then roll them in the desiccated coconut.

3. Decorate with two raisins as the ?eyes?.

4. Enjoy and a tasty, healthy halloween treat!
