4) Definition of your business ( 1-2 sentences)

?What your goals are
?What make it unique or better
5) Financial Analysis
?Start up cost; rent advertising, inventory, equipment, utilities, etc
?Estimated sales, expenses, profits
?One year budget
6) Marketing Analysis
?Definition of your market
?Evaluation of your competition
?Price structure for your services or goods
?An advertising plan
?A plan for selling or distribution your goods or service
